Lapis Chem Office

As Uslu Architects, we designed and implemented a 90 m² office for Lapis Kimya in Kartal Bumerang, aiming to reflect the company’s focus on the chemical industry through thoughtful use of green tones. These green accents symbolize growth and innovation, aligning with the company’s core values. Our design was tailored to the company’s corporate identity and the owner’s business needs, blending aesthetics with functionality. We followed our office’s design philosophy by mirroring the building’s exterior form in the interior and incorporating organic forms into the layout. This approach maximized the small space, creating an efficient, dynamic environment. The 90 m² space was divided into a shared workspace for three employees, an accounting room, and a private executive office with an integrated meeting room. This multi-functional layout ensured that all essential spaces were included without overcrowding, making the office both practical and airy. We focused on lighting and natural materials to enhance the work environment, ensuring that the office not only met operational needs but also provided a pleasant, productive space. The final result reflects Lapis Kimya’s identity while promoting a positive work atmosphere, balancing form and function seamlessly.
